Okanagan Water Toyz is not a reputable company, and they are not a Better Business Bureau accredited company either.
I personally had a bad experience with this company, where they deducted almost 700 dollars from my credit card a week after i had rented from them. When I spoke with them, they claimed the deduction off of my credit card was for damages. Although when the unit was returned at the end of the rental nobody from the business mentioned anything of the sort.... Trust me, trust the BBB (Better Business Bureau) avoid this company!!! |
